乡村振兴协理员参与乡村振兴的路径研究
The Path for Rural Revitalization Coordinators to Participate in Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,recruiting rural revitalization coordinators has been an important support for achieving rural talent revitalization and promoting the revitalization of various aspects such as rural industries,culture,ecology,and organization.Currently,as we are still in the ini-tial stage of policy exploration and experience accumulation,the assistance of rural revitalization coordinators to rural revitalization still faces difficulties in transforming their roles,stimulating their motivation,and improving their abilities,which hinder the achievement of expected re-sults.To effectively ensure the participation of rural revitalization coordinators in rural revitalization,we can start from three aspects:shaping the quality of the times,improving the guarantee mechanism,and optimizing the cultivation mechanism to solve and enhance the ability of co-ordinators to participate in rural revitalization,while laying the foundation for their development.关键词
