Environmental Protection System for Geographical Indication Products:Current Situation and Improvement Path
摘要
Abstract
Geographical indication products have economic,cultural,and social values that differ from general agricultural products due to their excellent quality and market effects.The current situation of agricultural non-point source pollution is severe,the ecological environment of the production area has not been effectively improved,the hierarchical structure of the environmental protection system for geographical indi-cation products is unclear,and the comprehensive supervision system for the production area environment is hindered,which hinders the healthy development of geographical indication products.We should rely on comprehensive and sound laws and policies on environmental pro-tection of geographical indication products,and establish a unified and efficient regulatory and law enforcement mechanism for environmental protection of geographical indication products to ensure comprehensive control,systematic governance,and rule of law supervision of geograph-ical indication products.关键词
