Abstract
The content of cracked carbon pentadiene stored in the liquid hydrocarbon tank area of an enter-prise reached 61.17%,the average incoming temperature of cracked C5 reached 30℃throughout the year,and the polymer accumulation in the inner wall of the storage tank and small joints was serious,which brought huge security risks to the production and operation of the liquid hydrocarbon tank area.The effects of storage time,storage temperature,rust content and oxygen content on the yield of cracked C5 polymer were studied in order to optimize the storage conditions,and the anti-polymerization measures were put forward.The results showed that the longer the storage time or the higher the storage temperature,the more the pyrolysis C5 polymer will be pro-duced.The storage time should not be longer than 7 days,and the storage temperature should not be higher than 30℃.The storage temperature can be reduced by opening the storage tank cooling spray and brushing the heat insulation paint.The presence of rust and oxygen content in the tank will promote the formation of C5 poly-mers,and the addition of a nitrogen sealing system will avoid the contact of cracked C5 with oxygen and reduce the formation of polymers.The research results had important guiding significance for the process parameter op-timization and daily production management of cracked C5 storage.关键词
