Abstract
In order to solve the problem of excessive noise of old equipment,the noise in the air supply are-a of high pressure polyethylene equipment was controlled comprehensively,especially the noise source of Roots fan and air supply pipeline,so as to achieve the purpose of noise control and make it meet the national occupa-tional exposure limit standard.First of all,the distribution and spectrum diagram of regional noise were ana-lyzed,and then the noise was comprehensively treated by combining various noise reduction measures such as sound insulation,noise abatement and sound absorption.Due to the friction and heat caused by pipeline in the process of transporting polyethylene products,the sound insulation was also taken into account according to the process requirements.After treatment,the high frequency noise generated by Roots fan and air supply pipeline in the air supply area of the device had a particularly significant effect.Through the effective combination of sound insulation and sound absorption measures,the purpose of reducing the noise in the area,improving the working environment,protecting the health of employees and protecting the hearing was achieved.关键词
