Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy Removal of Nucleus Pulposus for the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要
Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common and frequently occurring disease among middle-aged and elderly people.Surgical treatment can relieve the compression of the herniated disc on the nerve root and dural sac,alleviate the patient's clinical symptoms,which is one of the important treatment methods for LDH.With the continuous improvement of spinal endoscopic technology and surgical instruments,unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE)removal of nucleus pulposus has been widely used in the treatment of LDH in recent years as an emerging minimally invasive spinal surgical technique.This article introduces the detailed operating procedures of UBE removal of nucleus pulposus,providing a reference for the surgical treatment of LDH patients.关键词
