Abstract
Lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)is a common degenerative spinal disease in orthopedics,with treatment options mainly consisting of conservative and surgical treatments.Spinal endoscopic techniques are currently one of the more common surgical treatment methods.One-hole split endoscope(OSE)is a spinal endoscopic procedure proposed in recent years,characterized by the absence of fixed channel restrictions.With OSE assistance,the endoscope and operating instruments work separately within a single incision channel and cooperate with each other.This technique combines the advantages of uniportal endoscopic and unilateral biportal endoscopy techniques,making it a safe and efficient new spinal endoscopic procedure.This article provides a detailed introduction to the operative process of spinal canal decompression under OSE assistance for the treatment of LSS,offering clinical experience for reference to physicians.关键词
