摘要

Abstract

PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway is involved in the metastasis,invasion and angiogenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)by regulating the growth,proliferation,survival and metabolism of esophageal cancer cells.This review summarizes the pathogenesis of ESCC,especially the relationship between PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and the progression of ESCC,as well as the current research and development progress of new drugs targeting PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway,in order to provide some reference for the related research and the construction of new treatment strategies for ESCC.
