摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the academic thought of cancerous Toxin by Professor Zhou Zhongying,a master of traditional Chinese med-icine(TCM),Professor Cheng Haibo′s team gradually built and improved the pathogenesis system for differentiating and treating can-cerous Toxin in TCM.In that system,it believes that the main pathological factors of renal cell carcinoma(RCC)are deficiency,Tox-in,Dampness(Turbidity),and stasis,which involve Cold.Its core pathogenesis is"deficiency of Spleen and Kidney,Dampness,Tur-bidity,stasis and Toxin".Clinical treatment should take"counteracting cancer and removing Toxins,strengthening body resistance and eliminating Evil"as the basic principle."Counteracting cancer and removing Toxins"are the core.Strengthening the Spleen and benefi-ting the Kidney are the foundation.And the key points are to dissolve Dampness and Turbidity,remove blood stasis,and apply Cold and Heat together.Based on the theory of cancerous Toxin pathogenesis,this paper discusses its treatment methods,in order to enrich the pathogenesis system for differentiating and treating cancerous Toxin in TCM and provide new ideas for the treatment of RCC in TCM.
