Theory and Practice of Guizhi Decoction in Treating Night Sweats in Children
摘要
Abstract
"Night sweats"means sweating during sleep and ceasing after waking up.Ancient and modern doctors'understandings of children's night sweats are mainly from the deficiency,internal heat,and did not pay attention to the understanding of children's night sweats without other diseases from Yingwei.Because of the physiological characteristics of children"young Yin and Yang,delicate vis-cera,shape and Qi is not filled",the children's night sweats caused by clinical Yingwei are also not rare.If you do not pay attention to its development,long-term sweat is easy to cause two injuries of Qi and Yin,repeated external effects on children's growth and de-velopment.Based on article 54 of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,this article discusses the treatment of children's night sweat syndrome of"Zang have no other disease"from principles,methods,prescriptions and medicines,and combines the case of Guizhi Decoction and Yingwei to treat the night sweat of children with"Zang have no other disease",and puts forward the treatment plan of using Guizhi decoction and regulating Yingwei to treat children's night sweat.关键词
