基于玄府理论探析阳和汤在阳虚寒凝型痤疮治疗中的应用
Application of Yanghe Decoction in Treatment of Acne with Yang Deficiency and Cold Condensation Based on Xuanfu Theory

Abstract
Acne is one of the most common diseases in dermatology,belonging to the category of"facial blisters""Lung Wind acne"and"pimples"in Chinese medicine.Its occurrence is mostly related to Fire and Heat,Cold and Dampness,stagnation of Qi,Blood stasis and other tangible evils fumigating the skin.Recent studies have shown that occlusion of Xuanfu and congestion of Qi and Fluid are the basic mechanisms of acne.Clinically,the use of Yanghe Decoction in treating acne with Yang deficiency and Cold condensation can not only replenish the structure of the Xuanfu by replenishing the form and Qi,but also dispel pungent and open the depression to smooth the function of the Xuanfu;so that Qi and Blood will be sufficient,the Xuanfu will be smooth,and the evil will be penetrated,and the acne will be healed accordingly.Based on the theory of Xuanfu and the view that Xuanfu is the unity of function and structure,this paper expounds the pathogenesis of acne and the mechanism of treating acne with Yang deficiency and Cold coagulation by Yanghe Decoction with a clinical case,in order to provide reference for the clinical use of medication.关键词
