体外受精治疗前服用滇女金丸对卵巢低反应肾虚证患者卵巢功能及治疗结局的影响
Impact of Ovarian Function and Treatment Outcome in Patients with Ovarian Insufficiency and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Who Took Dianvjin Pills before In Vitro Fertilization Treatment

Abstract
Objective:Analyzing the efficacy of taking Dianvjin Pills for 4 weeks before in vitro fertilization(IVF)cycles to evaluate the impact of using Dianujin Pills on ovarian function and IVF treatment in patients with poor ovarian response(POR)(with Kidney deficiency).Methods:Using the Hospital Information System(HIS)at Shenyang Jinhua Hospital,62 cases of POR patients(with Kidney deficiency)who took Dianvjin Pills for 4 weeks before undergoing IVF treatment from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the treatment group.They were compared with 57 POR patients(with Kidney deficiency)in the control group who received no prior in-terventions and directly proceeded to IVF treatment,matched for general conditions and basic ovarian function.The comparison in-volved assessing the number of retrieved eggs and high-quality embryos between the two groups,as well as comparing the baseline hor-mone levels before and after medication in the treatment group.Results:In comparison with before treatment,the medication group showed a decrease in follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)levels(P<0.05)and an increase in estrogen(E2)levels(P<0.05),in-dicating an improvement in ovarian function in the treatment group.In comparison with the control group,the treatment group had an increase in the number of retrieved eggs and available embryos during IVF treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Before starting IVF treatment,taking Dianvjin Pills can improve ovarian function in POR patients(with Kidney deficiency),increase the number of re-trieved eggs and available embryos,and enhance the effectiveness of IVF.关键词
