孕早期妇女中医体质辨识与相关因素的研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the identification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution and related influencing factors of women in early pregnancy.Methods:200 early pregnant women in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The TCM constitution,body composition,pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes of women in the first trimester were investigated by questionnaire.Univariate and Logistic analysis were performed to analyze the relationship between TCM constitution and body composition,pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes in early pregnant women.Results:The proportion of women with biased constitution was 32.50%.The proportion of women with peaceful physique was 67.50%.The proportion of Phlegm and Dampness in women with biased constitution was higher(33.85%).Univariate and multivari-ate Logistic regression analysis showed that there were various influencing factors of biased constitution,including age,hemoglobin,body water rate,basal metabolic rate,BMI and body fat rate,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes were biased consti-tution,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Women in early pregnancy have a high proportion of biased constitution,mainly Phlegm and Dampness.Women's TCM constitution is related to body composition,and biased constitution is easy to cause preg-nancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes,which should be paid attention to.关键词
