摘要

Abstract

To address the eccentric vibrations caused by the actual meshing point deviating from the theoretical meshing point due to the force and heating of the helical gear in the manufacturing,installation and operation,we take the helical gear transmission system as the research object.The bending-torsion-shaft coupling dynamic model of the 8-degree-of-freedom helical gear transmission system is built by employing the centralized mass method.The fourth-order Longekuta method is employed to solve the helical gear dynamic model.The dynamic characteristics of the helical gear transmission system in the normal direction of the meshing point are obtained.Then,the advantages of genetic algorithm modification based on the traditional ISO scheme compared with the traditional scheme are evaluated.Our results show the traditional modification or the genetic algorithm modification based on the ISO traditional scheme reduces the gear transmission error and the vibration amplitude of the helical gear in the normal direction of the meshing point.The traditional scheme gear cuts transmission error by 68.5%and the vibration amplitude by 34.38%.The genetic algorithm modification based on the ISO traditional method reduces the gear transmission error by 81.4%and the vibration amplitude by 43.6%.Clearly,the modification effect of the latter is much higher than that of the former.Our study may provide some theoretical support and reference for vibration and noise reduction and production cost reduction of gear transmission systems.
