Study on the formation mechanism,obstacles and paths of new quality productivity to empower high-quality agricultural development
摘要
Abstract
High-quality agricultural development is a dynamic synergistic growth mechanism composed of three closely related indicators:agricultural productivity,real agricultural wage rate,and agricultural capital accumulation rate.The formation mechanism of new quality productivity enabling high-quality agricultural development involves the scaling of labor objects,the advancement of labor tools,and the modernization of laborers.As basic prerequisites such as improved agricultural factor markets,the maturation of new quality productivity,and the agricultural industrialization process entering a technology-intensive stage,new types of agricultural business entities,as key players in enabling high-quality agricultural development with new quality productivity,are realizing new value in high-quality agricultural development through specific forms such as intelligent agricultural technology,biological breeding technology,and innovative agricultural industry chains.However,the enabling of high-quality agricultural development by new quality productivity still faces practical obstacles such as lagging reform of agricultural land system,low quality of the agricultural labor force,and rigid demand for agricultural products.To better overcome these obstacles,China should further deepen land marketization reform,promote the two-way flow of urban and rural labor factors,and implement simultaneous reforms from both the demand and supply sides of agriculture.关键词
