Abstract
Digital trade originates from the digital economy,and as an emerging body of international trade,it has an important impact on the global industrial chain and value chain.Digital trade plays an important role in the development of cross-border industrial chains through the reconstruction of network structures,operational process restructuring and value creation.However,in promoting the development of China-ASEAN cross-border industrial chains through digital trade,there are not only major opportunities such as the"Digital Silk Road"and RCEP,but also realistic difficultiessuch as the potential of digital trade having not been effectively activated,the new advantages of digital trade having not been fully leveraged,and the foundation of digital industry having not been fully consolidated.In this context,the potential of digital trade should be activated to promote the deep integration of digital trade and cross-border industrial chains;strengthen the advantages of digital trade and accelerate the digital transformation of cross-border industrial cooperation platforms;strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure and consolidate the foundation of digital industry;improve cross-border cooperation mechanisms,build a"cross-border+digital"whole industrial chain ecosystem,and then realize digital trade to promote the development of China-Asean cross-border industrial chain.关键词
