数字金融对劳动力价格扭曲的影响
Research onthe impact of digital finance on labor price distortion
摘要
Abstract
Reducing the distortion of labor prices will help China's transition from a demographic dividend country to a demographic quality dividend country.Using China's urban panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the impact of digital finance on labor price distortion.The main conclusions are as follows:digital finance has significantly alleviated labor price distortions;the alleviation effect of labor price distortion in digital finance is stronger in the eastern coastal areas,areas with higher levels of digital finance development,and areas with higher levels of labor price distortion;the mechanism by which digital finance alleviates labor price distortions is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship and enhance the bargaining power of labor wages;the mitigating effect of digital finance on labor price distortions can spill over to other regions.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from promoting the development of digital finance,enhancing the labor price distortion alleviation effect of digital finance,and leveraging the innovation and entrepreneurship effect of digital finance.关键词
