The Planning and Design for Industrial Parks from the Perspective of Industrial Neighborhood:A Case of Zone B of Xiaohe Industrial Park

Abstract
With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,the increasing gap between people's ever-growing need for a better life and the unbalanced development is becoming more and more prominent.It draws lessons from the"neighborhood unit"planning concept for residential areas,and promotes the adaptation of industrialization and urbanization,and then gradually develops to industrial neighborhoods.Combining with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,constructing a relevant system for the application of industrial neighborhoods in the planning of industrial parks is of great significance for accelerating the development of industrial parks and building harmonious industrial parks.This paper takes Area B of Xiaohe Industrial Park in the Comprehensive Reform Zone of Taiyuan as an example,discusses the specific connotations of industrial neighborhoods and then applies in the planning and design of Zone B of Xiaohe Industrial Park.关键词
