基于POI数据的天津市民宿空间分布特征
Analysis on the Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Homestays in Tianjin Based on POI Data

Abstract
In the process of exploring the implementation path of rural revitalization strategy,taking Tianjin as an example,the paper comprehensively analyzes 1,630 points of interest(POI)of the homestays marked on Gaode Map,and then uses the spatial analysis technology and mathematical statistical method of GIS to deeply discuss the spatial distribution characteristics of rural tourism development.The research results indicate that the spatial distribution of Tianjin homestays shows a significantly clustering feature,with many homestays gathering in specific areas and forming several obvious core clustering areas.This distribution pattern shows obvious uneven regional distribution,especially the core densities of the homestays around the central urban areas,which is the most significant and forms a spatial pattern of"multi-core cluster distribution".In addition,the paper also carries out quantitative analysis on the spatial autocorrelation of the distribution of Tianjin homestays,and concludes that the spatial distribution of homestays is not random,but influenced by various factors,including geographical location,tourism resources,traffic convenience,and so on.Such autocorrelation points out that the distribution density of the homestays in adjacent areas is similar,which further proves that the formation of concentrated distribution areas of the homestays is closely related with the specific geography and social and economic conditions.关键词
