Study on the Delineation of Core Protection Scope of Traditional Villages:A Case of Yangxi Village in Yixing City

Abstract
Traditional villages carry rich historical value,and their spatial form is an important carrier of farming culture and rural construction ideas.With the rapid development of society and economy,the material culture and intangible culture of rural settlements have been damaged to different degrees.In order to explore the spatial characteristics and evolution patterns of traditional villages,the paper mainly explores the appropriate development paths for the traditional villages in highly economically developed areas.This paper analyzes the spatial pattern of Yangxi Natural Village in Yixing City by combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,excavates the important components of the spatial pattern of the village in the process of development,and delineates the core protection scope of traditional villages based on this.Finally,it establishes the connection between spatial pattern analysis and the protection and development of traditional villages,and explores the appropriate protection strategies for the spatial pattern of traditional villages.关键词
