Abstract
The industry-city integration is to carry industrial space and to develop industrial economy based on the city.Promoting and developing the standardized construction of industrial parks,facilitating the intensive development of construction land,constructing the growth pattern of industrial parks are beneficial for reducing the development costs of the enterprises,achieving the optimal allocation of resources,and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises and local economies.The standardized industrial parks in mountainous areas have both universality and specificity,that is,general standardization and special natural environmental conditions.Taking Jiangjin Smart Science&Technology City as an example,starting from architectural design and interpreting the terrain conditions,the paper explores how to achieve site internal soil balance based on adapting to terrain conditions,thereby reducing development costs.At the same time,the analysis and study on the standardized factory products for different customer groups at different stages have been conducted to derive the product types that better meet the current market demands,thus enhancing the replicability of products.关键词
