Abstract
Since China's reform and opening-up,the large cities in China have developed rapidly with extremely large volume.The architectural design and project have also experienced a period of"landmark construction"that pursued volume and speed,during which,various architectural design pursued great volume and landmark,and ignored the actual needs of various functions and their practical significance for the city and citizens.The"14th Five-Year Plan"clearly stated that urban renewal should be a focus in the future urban development.The focus of design and construction has also gradually shifted from quantity to quality.This paper takes the overall renovation design of Changsha Beichen Joy City as an example to share the practice and design strategy for the renovation of large shopping malls.关键词
