摘要

Abstract

A smart meter for measuring feeder impedance in LV network is proposed to provide information about the safety of power grid protection devices and the extent of infrastructure damage.In two earthing schemes,the consequences caused by the disconnection of neutral line are checked respectively.The feasibility of using smart meters to measure line impedance is evaluated based on the experi-mental model of LV feeders.The experimental results show that the smart meter can be used to estimate line impedance and thus detect possible neutral line protective earth and neutral line fault.
