摘要

Abstract

Molten salt thermal storage is a mature long-duration,large-scale new type of energy storage technology.It gradually cou-ples with coal-fired power units to optimize its peak shaving,frequency modulation,and heating capabilities.At present,scholars mainly carry out simulation research on three aspects:the heating methods of molten salt,the system design,the coupling methods and operation processes.Simulation design does not form a unified specification,but relevant projects demonstrate its application po-tential.Up to now,there are four demonstration projects in China,two of which successfully puts into operation,and more projects are expected to be implemented in the future.It summarizes the relevant policies,the latest research progress and the implementation of domestic projects of molten salt thermal storage coupled coal-fired power units,which provides a reference for the further develop-ment of the technology.
