高速列车隧道交会对其振动特性的影响分析
Effect analysis of high-speed trains passing by each other in tunnel on its vibration characteristics

Abstract
When the trains pass by each other in the tunnel,the aerodynamic loads are more complex than the loads generating by the trains crossing on the open line,which significantly impact the train's transverse vibration.In order to investigate the transverse vibration characteristics of the trains carbody under the coupling of aerodynamic loads and mechanical loads,the high-speed trains passing by each other in the tunnel were taken as the research objects.Based on the three-dimensional unsteady compressible Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations(RANS)and the k-ω Shear-Stress Transport(SST)turbulence model,the overset mesh technique was adopted to simulate.The time-frequency characteristics of train aerodynamic loads and the flow field structure were analyzed.On this basis,the vibration mode characteristics of the whole trains were analyzed by establishing a vehicle system dynamics model.The frequency relationship between the aerodynamic loads and the carbody vibration modes were established.Finally,adopting the method of sequential coupling,the dynamic response of the carbody was computed by putting the aerodynamic loads into the vehicle system dynamic model.The results show that the complicated fluid field structures are generated through the interference between vortex and vortex,vortex and ground,vortex and tunnel wall when the trains passed by each other in the tunnel,which cause to increase the aerodynamic loads amplitude and wave frequency.The carbody lateral vibration is increased which easily due to resonance occurring when the aerodynamic load frequency of the head and tail car is close to the lower center rolling frequency and the aerodynamic load frequency of intermediate car is close to the upper centre rolling frequency.The peak accelerations of lateral vibration in the head,intermediate,and tail cars on the condition of coupling the aerodynamic and track excitation are 3.22,2.47,and 3.59 times than the vibration only considered of the track excitation.The contribution of aerodynamic loads to the lateral vibration of the carbody reaches 76%,70%,and 78%,respectively.The aerodynamic load is the main reason of the lateral vibration of the carbody when the trains pass by each other in the tunnel.The results can provide a theoretical reference for improving the problem of"shaking"in high-speed train tunnels.关键词
