径向振动激励作用下饱和砂层中浆液扩散特性试验研究
Experimental research on slurry diffusion characteristics in saturated sand under radial vibration

Abstract
Vibratory grouting can reduce the effective stress and strength of the saturated sand layer after being disturbed by vibration excitation,thus reducing the diffusion resistance of grout,enhancing its diffusion performance,improving the grouting efficiency,and strengthening effect.In current vibratory grouting experiments,the prevailing approach was to use axial vibration,where the vibratory energy was focused on the soil at the end of the drill rod,with minimal disturbance to the soil in radial directions,thereby constraining the area of impact.To address this issue,the vibration grouting model test device with radial excitation and adjustable frequency function was developed.The vibrator at the end of the rod was connected to the rod through the vibration isolation joint to reduce the propagation of vibration energy along the rod and enhance energy utilization efficiency.Firstly,the evolution law and spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of excess pore water pressure of saturated sand under the action of 10 Hz,30 Hz,and 50 Hz radial vibration were investigated using this system.Subsequently,the vibration grouting test was conducted.The diffusion characteristics of grout in saturated sand under varying vibration frequencies,grouting pressures,and grouting time were tested.The findings indicate that as the vibration frequency increases,the ratio of excess pore pressure becomes larger,resulting in an earlier onset of liquefaction and a longer duration.The disturbance effect at the measuring point,which is at the same height as the center of the vibrator,is the strongest across different burial depths.As the distance from the center of vibration increases,the impact of the disturbance decreases in the horizontal direction.The grout diffusion performance is markedly improved following vibration excitation,in contrast to static grouting.Furthermore,the radius of slurry diffusion increases with increasing vibration frequency,grouting pressure,and the duration of the grouting process.The radius of slurry spreading increases by 15.7%,60.2%,and 174.1%respectively at vibration frequencies of 10 Hz,30 Hz,and 50 Hz,when compared to the condition without vibration.In different working conditions,the lengths of slurry consolidations are similar,and the average length of consolidations increases by about 20%compared to the length of the vibrator.The final shape of slurry diffusion is consistent with the disturbance degree and spatial distribution characteristics of sand.关键词
