快慢羽系德化黑鸡生长性状与体尺性状的关联性分析OA

为了研究快慢羽系德化黑鸡生长性状与体尺性状的相关性,随机选取 1 日龄快慢羽系德化黑鸡各 120 羽,公母雏各半,测定其在 42 日龄和 125 日龄的体重、冠高及体尺指标.结果显示,快羽系公鸡 42 日龄体重显著高于慢羽系(P<0.05),但 125日龄慢羽系公鸡体重呈现高于快羽系的趋势(P>0.05).快羽系母鸡在 42 日龄体重显著高于慢羽系(P<0.05),但慢羽系母鸡在125 日龄的体重、冠高和胫围显著高于快羽系(P<0.05).此外,快慢羽系公母鸡在不同日龄的体重与冠高均显著正相关(P<0.05),体尺指标之间也存在显著正相关关系.上述结果说明快慢羽基因会影响德化黑鸡的生长性状,慢羽基因有利于后期生长发育,并且通过体重和体尺指标进行遗传选育可能取得良好效果.

To study the correlation between growth traits and body type traits in rapid and slow feathering Dehua black chickens,120 one-day-old chicks from each feathering type were randomly selected,with equal numbers of males and females.Their body weight,comb height,and body type indicators were measured at 42 days and 125 days of age.The results showed that the body weight of rapid feathering male chickens at 42 days was significantly higher than that of slow feathering males(P<0.05),while at 125 days,the body weight of slow feathering males showed a trend of being higher than that of rapid feathering males(P>0.05).Rapid feathering fe-male chickens also had a dramatically higher body weight at 42 days compared to slow feathering females(P<0.05),but at 125 days,slow feathering females had significantly higher body weight,comb height,and shank circumference compared to rapid feathering fe-males(P<0.05).Additionally,there was a remarkable positive correlation between body weight and comb height in both feathering types at different ages(P<0.05),and notable positive correlations were found among the body type traits.These results indicate that feathering genes affect the growth traits of Dehua black chickens,with the slow feathering gene being beneficial for later growth and development.Moreover,genetic selection based on body weight and body type indicators may yield positive outcomes.
