利用莆田黑鸭、连城白鸭、媒鸭、斑嘴鸭通过杂交、自交、闭锁群体等选育出具有"黑皮、乌骨"性状的鸭品种,以满足市场对优质、绿色、多元化产品的需求.选育的黑皮乌骨鸭成年公鸭平均体重为 1 217.381±36.043 g,成年母鸭平均体重1 319.512±55.900 g;母鸭平均开产日龄 145 d,平均年产蛋 195 枚,平均蛋重 62.384±4.497 g.蛋壳灰黑色或灰绿色,少数黑色或灰白色.黑皮乌骨鸭胸肌 16 种氨基酸总量为 19.8000 g/100g,总脂肪酸含量为 0.8540 g/100g.黑皮乌骨鸭的选育成功可有效提升优良品种对生产的贡献率和市场占有率,打造特色产品,促进农民增收、农业增效,具有广阔的产业化应用前景.
In order to meet the market demand for high-quality,green and diversified products,Putian black duck,Liancheng white duck,Mei duck and spot-billed duck were used to breed duck varieties with"black skin and black bone"traits through hybridization,self-crossing and closed population.The average body weight of adult male and female black-skinned black-bone ducks were 1 217.381±36.043 g and 1 319.512±55.900 g,respectively.The average age at first laying of female ducks was 145 days,the average annual egg production was 195,and the average egg weight was 62.384±4.497 g.Eggshell gray black or gray green,a few black or gray white.The total amount of 16 amino acids in the chest muscle of black-skinned black-bone duck was 19.8000 g/100g,and the total fatty acid content was 0.8540 g/100g.The successful breeding of black-skinned black-bone duck can effectively improve the contribution rate and market share of excellent varieties to production,create characteristic products,promote farmers'income increase and agricultural efficiency,and has broad industrial application prospects.
