一株致驴腹泻大肠杆菌的分离鉴定
Isolation and identification of a strain of Escherichia coli causing diarrhea in donkeys

Abstract
In a certain area,a large-scale donkey farm reported cases of diarrhea among its donkeys.Samples were collected from the livers and intestinal contents of deceased donkeys,and bacterial isolation and culture were performed.Subsequently,molecular biology techniques were used for in-depth analysis of the isolated strains.The results indicated the isolation of a Gram-negative bacillus from the liver of a deceased donkey,which was confirmed as Escherichia coli through 16S rRNA sequencing.Pathogenicity experiments in mice demonstrated that this strain was pathogenic.Virulence gene screening revealed that the strain carried the STa and K88 virulence genes.Antibiotic susceptibility testing showed that this strain of E.coli was sensitive to four antimicrobial agents but exhibited resis-tance to four others.This study successfully isolated and identified a pathogenic strain of E.coli,analyzing its virulence genes and an-tibiotic resistance,thus providing important scientific evidence for the prevention and control of diarrhea in donkeys caused by this strain.关键词
