Abstract
Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the most common critical diseases in gastroenterology,among which peptic ulcer is the most common.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is beneficial for the treatment of this disease.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),according to its pathogenesis,dampness-heat,spleen deficiency and blood stasis are the key pathogenesis of peptic ulcer accompanied by bleeding.In the treatment,hemostasis is the first priority.In the treatment,attention should be paid to strengthening spleen and clearing dampness,regulating qi to dissipate blood stasis,enhancing qi to produce blood,and astringent to produce muscle and promote ulcer healing.TCM Master Yang Chunbo's empirical formula Jianpi Qinghua drink met the pathogenesis of this disease and was effective in clinic.This article combined with specific medical cases to explain the above contents,hoping to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer accompanied by bleeding.关键词
