Abstract
In the clinical practice,after carefully differentiating the syndromes of some patients with hypertension,the author adopted the treatment principles of invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,dispelling wind and removing dampness.The prescription was modified from Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with Wupi decoction.After taking the medicine,the patients'blood pressure was significantly relieved,and the clinical curative effect was significant.This paper discussing the correlation between spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness and hypertension.The pathogenesis of hypertension of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type is characterized by spleen deficiency as the root cause and phlegm-dampness as the secondary manifestation.The key lies in the fact that the spleen deficiency leads to the inability to transform and transport body fluids and regulate the ascending and descending of qi in the upper and lower parts of the body,which in turn affects blood pressure.Therefore,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness plays an indispensable role in regulating blood pressure.关键词
