Experience of Gypsum in Treating Refractory Fever

Abstract
Chinese Materia Medica record that gypsum is pungent and sweet in taste,extremely cold in nature,and enters the lung and stomach meridians.Gypsum can clear heat and relieve fire,relieve thirst.Through the clinical application of gypsum,the author looked up the experience of herbal medicine and many doctors in the past,and put forward that gypsum should be spicy and slightly cold.According to the clinical practice of Baihu decoction in the treatment of exogenous fever,the application of gypsum in clinical prescription was further explored,and a new idea of single-drug treatment of refractory fever was summarized,so as to achieve the purpose of improving clinical efficacy and reducing medical costs.Through the use of theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern drug research comprehensive analysis.Gypsum plays an immediate role in the clinical treatment of fever,and the dose needs to be reused.The clinical application of gypsum in the treatment of fever patients are mostly for the intrinsic solid heat,especially with the symptoms of heat and thirst such as qifen intense heat syndrome is more suitable.关键词
