Abstract
A series of tests,including bacterial isolation,morphological characteristics,serotype analysis,16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis,the drug sensitivity and pathogenicity of the strain were performed on the embryos of Guangxi Sanhuang chicken,a strain of Salmonella enterica was isolated.The results of drug sensitivity test demonstrated that the isolated strain was sensitive to amikacin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and ceftiofur sodium,resistant to gentamycin,lomefloxacin,amoxicillin.The mortality rate of Kunming mice was 100%.So,the strain showed multiple drug-resistance phenotype and high virulence.Amikacin and ceftiofur sodium could be used to prevent Salmonella enterica in the subsequent work.This study provided the scientific reference for the promotion of the hatchability of local breed chickens.关键词
