摘要

Abstract

Nucleic acid receptors have important regulatory roles in innate immunity,inflammation and tumors.The nucleic acid deconjugating enzymes DEAD-box RNA family is the largest family of RNA helicases in mammalian genes.In addition to their deconjugating enzyme functions,some of the deconjugating enzyme molecules also function as nucleic acid receptors that respond to endogenous or exogenous aberrant nucleic acid substances.The understanding of nucleic acid-sensing receptors has also advanced from the maintenance of normal physiological functions to pathogenic defense and to involvement in disease development.Retinoic acid inducible gene-Ⅰ(RIG-Ⅰ)-like receptors,mainly including RIG-Ⅰ and melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5(MDA5),are among the family of deconjugating enzymes identified as nucleic acid re-ceptors involved in the recognition of RNA ligands,and their roles in pathogenic defense,inflammation,and tumors have been extensively investigated.DExD/H-box helicase 60(DDX60)is another molecule that has been identified as hav-ing functional regions similar to those of the deconjugating enzyme molecule of the RIG-Ⅰ-like receptor.In recent years,its role and mechanism in tumor,inflammation,and pathogenic defense have been gradually revealed.This paper sum-marizes and analyses the progress of the research related to DDX60.
