基于城乡等值理念的大城市近郊区养老设施均等化研究
Research on Equalization of Elderly Care Facilities in the Suburbs of Large Cities Based on the Concept of Urban Rural Equivalence:A Case of Xiqing District in Tianjin

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of high-quality development in our country,the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas has received more attention.The suburban areas of large cities have both urban and rural attributes,and are the leading areas for coordinated urban-rural development.Elderly care facilities are important basic public service facilities in urban and rural areas.This paper takes the elderly care facilities in Xiqing District,Tianjin as the research object.By constructing a community living circle and equalization evaluation system in the suburbs of large cities,the equalization status of elderly care facilities in Xiqing District is analyzed from three aspects of coverage,adaptability,and satisfaction.It is found that the elderly care facilities in Xiqing District,Tianjin are in a low level of equalization stage,and there is not much difference in the configuration of elderly care facilities between urban and rural areas,but there is a large regional gap.Furthermore,three types of optimization strategies for the elderly care facilities in the suburbs of large cities are proposed:priority supply,orderly increment,and steady quality improvement.关键词
