电针调控小胶质细胞相关信号改善神经病理性疼痛的研究
The research progress for the involvement of microglia-related signaling pathways in electroacupuncture modulation of neuropathic pain
摘要
Abstract
Neuropathic pain is caused by injury or disease of the somatosensory nervous system.It is still a public health problem that needs to be solved urgently due to its long course,complex pathophysiological mechanisms and lack of effective treatment.Electroacupuncture(EA),as an effective option for neuropathic pain relief,has been widely used in the world,but its mechanism is still unclear.Previous studies have indicated that the analgesic effect of EA on neuropathic pain is closely related to its modulation of microglia-related signaling pathway.This review will elaborate on the mechanisms and effects of its main signaling pathways(MAPKs,NF-κB,JAK-STAT,PI3K/Akt,cGAS/STING),aiming to provide a scientific basis for further exploring the pathogenesis of neuropathic pain,the analgesic mechanism of EA and attaining new therapeutic targets.关键词
