Clinical Experience of Precision Medication of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Principle-method-recipe-medicines are the specific application of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and medication is the final key link.The efficacy of Chinese medicine is multi-directional,One should seek the individuality among medicines of the same category,grasp their characteristics,and select medicines with multiple functions to formulate prescriptions,so as to make the prescription simple yet highly effective.The effects of Chinese medicines vary depending on the dosage.By changing the dosage of the same medicine,different therapeutic purposes can be achieved.In clinical practice,one should accurately grasp the efficacy characteristics of different dosages.Moreover,different combinations of the same medicine can also exhibit distinct therapeutic effects.When formulating a prescription,one should be proficient in the compatibility of medicines to achieve the synergistic effect among them.The process of processing Chinese medicines can select and discard the original properties of these medicines.It is necessary to be cautious and aware that the effects of Chinese medicines vary due to different processing methods.Additionally,one should attach great importance to excavating the materials from ancient books and documents and absorbing the achievements of modern research.Only in this way,can we achieve precise medication and reach the goal of obtaining the best therapeutic effects.关键词
