茶文化融入公安院校人才培养的价值分析及实施策略

Abstract
Tea culture,as a profoundsymbol of Chinese culture,is a chimera of tea and culture,which is a combination of material culture and spiritual culture,has a long history.It is an iconic symbol of Chinese traditional culture."Tea-man spirit"helps to infiltrate peace of mind and improve students'personality."Tea-morality core"helps to cultivate high moral character and create the police culture highland."Tea ceremony temperament"helps to cultivate a good mind and cultivate humanistic spirit in police collegesdeeply."Tea philosophy"helps to promote cultural empowerment and practice the core values of the People's police.Police colleges should return to the origin of seeking truth,integrate instrumental rationality and value rationality,integrate the aesthetic image of tea culture,construct the aesthetic conception of tea in the curriculum of public security colleges,and create the experience activities with tea culture as the carrier,to implement the strategy of strengthening police by culture and gradually promote the cultural consciousness,cultural self-confidence and cultural self-improvement of police colleges.关键词
