摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,financial and economic universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the field of independent talent cultivation.This article delves into how artificial intelligence can comprehensively empower talent cultivation in financial and economic universities.The combination of artificial intelligence and independent talent cultivation is not only an inevitable choice for the development of the times,but also leads the comprehensive reform of talent cultivation models.In this process,artificial intelligence not only promotes the updating of talent cultivation concepts,the improvement and efficiency of curriculum construction,and the innovation of teaching methods,but also promotes the universality of learning space and the diversification of teaching evaluation.At the same time,the integration of artificial intelligence has deepened the connotation of industry education integration,promoted innovation in industry education integration methods,and strengthened close cooperation and communication between schools and enterprises.In addition,artificial intelligence also plays an important role in the construction of the teaching staff,enhancing their digital literacy,teaching ability,and promoting their professional development.Artificial intelligence has provided strong impetus and support for the innovation of talent cultivation models in financial and economic universities,laying a solid foundation for cultivating financial and economic talents in the new era.
