木糖醇缓解2型糖尿病和糖尿病肾病的研究进展
Research progress of xylitol in type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic kidney disease
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is the most common microvascular complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Due to a relative lack of insulin secretion or insulin resistance,glucose and lipid metabolism disorders in the body can occur,leading to symptoms such as hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia,and causing oxidative stress,inflammatory reactions,and ultimately kidney damage.Many studies have shown that xylitol improves glucose metabolism,stimulates insulin secretion,regulates lipid metabolism,and protects the kidney through various mechanisms.This article reviews the research progress of xylitol in T2DM and DKD based on recent domestic and foreign literature.The literature review results indicate that xylitol can alleviate inflammatory responses through nuclear factor κB,PI3K/Akt signaling pathways,and effectively delay the progression of T2DM and DKD.This provides a certain theoretical basis for the clinical application of xylitol.关键词
