摘要
Abstract
Transcutural auricular vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS)is an intervention measure to treat diseases by applying current to the skin receptive field dominated by the auricular branches of the external ear vagus nerve.In recent years,with the development of comfort diagnostic and therapeutic procedure,taVNS has shown increasing application advantages in clinical practice.It is reported that taVNS can improve perioperative pain by activating vagus nerve and reduce the postoperative burden of patients.As a non-invasive intervention measure of autonomic nervous regulation,taVNS is not only simple,non-invasive and non-toxic,but also economical and practical.At present,the specific effect of clinical application of taVNS for perioperative analgesia is still controversial.Based on the research progress at home and abroad in recent years,this paper systematically reviews the anatomical physiology of auricular branch of vagus nerve,the mechanism of taVNS in pain regulation and the clinical research progress in perioperative analgesia,aimingn to provide reference for the clinical application and research of taVNS in perioperative analgesia.关键词
