胆囊腹壁一体化技术在腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊良性疾病中的临床应用
Clinical application of gallbladder abdominal wall integration technology in laparoscopic surgery for benign gallbladder diseases

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of gallbladder abdominal wall integration technology(GAIT)in laparoscopic surgery for benign gallbladder diseases.Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 262 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for benign gallbladder diseases at the Affiliated Lianyungang Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University and the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University between Dec.2020 and Oct.2023.Patients were divided into two groups:the observational group(n=184),where GAIT technology was applied;and the control group(n=78),where GAIT was not applied.Results Compared with the control group,the observational group showed a reduction in operation time[(43.90±12.19)min vs(47.86±12.91)min],hospitalization time[(6.45±1.05)d vs(6.77±1.16)d],intraoperative blood loss[(20.64±7.31)mL vs(28.28±11.68)mL],the proportion of patients requiring≥4 port needles(2.17%vs 11.54%),postoperative incidence rate of bile leakage(0.54%vs 5.12%),and postoperative abdominal pain measured by the visual analogue scale(VAS)score[(3.71±1.43)points vs(4.41±1.93)points].All these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The follow-up period ranged from 1 to 34 months,with no deaths recorded.Conclusion The application of GAIT in laparoscopic surgery for benign gallbladder diseases is safe and feasible.Which may shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the complication incidence rate of bile leakage or abdominal wall pain,and minimize the intraoperative blood loss and the use of port needles.关键词
