Abstract

To investigate the impact of different regions on the structure,function,and nutrient availa-bility of soil bacterial communities in citrus orchards,soil physicochemical analyses were conducted on nine samples from three sampling sites in Mianyang City.High-throughput sequencing technology was employed to compare the diversity,structure,and function of bacterial communities in the rhizo-sphere soil of citrus trees from Hebian Town(Group A),Huangtu Town(Group B),and Hua'ai Town(Group C).The dominant bacteria in different regions were identified,and the influence of en-vironmental factors on bacterial structure and function was analyzed.The results showed that the richness of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of citrus trees was significantly higher in Group A than in Groups B and Groups C,with Group A exhibiting the highest bacterial diversity,fol-lowed by Group B,and Group C showing the lowest.Principal component analysis revealed distinct differences in the structure of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of citrus trees across dif-ferent regions.Redundancy analysis demonstrated that soil organic carbon and pH were significant factors influencing the structure and function of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of citrus trees.At the phylum level,the dominant bacterial phyla in Groups A,Groups B,and Groups C were Acidobacteriota,Proteobacteria,and Bacteroidota,respectively.At the genus level,the dominant bacterial genera in Group A were the unidentified genera Vicinamibacterales and Gemmatimonadace-ae,while Chujaibacter and Sporosarcina were dominant in Group B,and Sphingomonas and the uni-dentified genus Chitinophagaceae were dominant in Group C.According to PICRUST functional pre-diction analysis,the functional pathways of soil bacteria were primarily concentrated in metabolism,genetic information processing,and environmental information processing.
