Study on Humidity Accelerated Life Model of DC Thin Film Capacitors
摘要
Abstract
A humidity accelerated life model based on the inverse power law of absolute humidity is proposed.Based on four groups of ac-celerated life tests under different temperature,humidity and stress conditions,the applicability of each accelerated life model in the life assessment of thin film capacitors is compared and analyzed.The comparative analysis results show that the absolute humidity inverse pow-er law accelerated life model has a good fitting effect.The model can be used to evaluate the service life of thin film capacitors in typical application environments based on the accelerated life test.The analysis results also show that the logarithmic Logistic distribution can be applied to the analysis of the accelerated life test results of thin film capacitors as a form of life distribution of thin film capacitors.关键词
