摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the testing and verification requirements of industrial control system communication,a fault injection system based on software injection of electrical layer faults is designed by combining the communication characteristics of RS485 bus.The system meets the fault testing of device communication,simulates electrical layer signal faults through software,uses FPGA main control chip,high-speed A/D,D/A auxiliary differential signal input and output,and instruction parsing,ultimately achieving fault injection of RS485 bus signals.Practice has shown that software based fault injection instrument has high flexibility,strong applicability,and higher accuracy.
