摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems such as the lack of long-term intelligent dynamic supervision of diesel vehicle running condition,and the inability of remote monitoring,a system of diesel engine ECU status monitoring based on the IoT is built.The hardware part of the system includes CAN transceiver module,BC20 remote transmission and positioning module and power module,etc.On this basis,a software application of diesel engine condition monitoring is also built,which is used to monitor the data in real time.Through the combination of monitoring application,cloud platform and hardware equipment,the remote dynamic monitoring function of various state data and position information of diesel ECU is realized.The experimental results show that the system can accurately collect ECU status data and positioning information of diesel engine,and can transmit the data to the cloud platform remotely.Finally,the collected data can be displayed in real time on the monitoring application.In addition,the system can adapt to different working conditions,in line with the standards of remote data acquisition and transmission on the vehicle.
