师范生心理健康素养现状及其影响因素研究

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of normal students'mental health literacy,in order to provide empirical evidence for improving their mental health literacy.495 normal students aged 19.57±1.52 years old were surveyed using the Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire in this study.The results show that the overall level of normal students'mental health literacy was low.There were significant differences in the level of mental health literacy among multiple variables.Regression analysis found that gender,grades,origins,and parenting style were the influencing factors of normal students'mental health literacy score.We draw the following conclusion that the overall level of mental health literacy of normal students was low,which was affected by individual internal and external factors.The improvement education of normal students'mental health literacy should be strengthened with the development of normal students,so as to be better guide their future career.关键词
