阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与肥厚型心肌病心脏重构的关系
Correlation between obstructive sleep apnea and cardiac remodeling in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Abstract
Aim:To explore the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)and cardiac remodeling in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).Methods:A total of 580 patients with HCM who underwent sleep monitoring at Fuwai Hospital from February 2010 to January 2019 were selected.General information,echocardiography,and polysomno-graphic parameters were recorded.Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between polysomno-graphic parameters and cardiac remodeling in patients with HCM.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that severe OSA,ln[apnea-hypopnea index(AHI)+1],the percentage of total sleep time(TST)spent with oxygen saturation(SaO2)＜90％＞10％,and ln(percentage of TST spent with SaO2＜90％+1)were risk factors for left ventricular enlargement in pa-tients with HCM after adjusting for gender,age,BMI,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,coronary artery disease and smoking history[OR(95％CI)were 2.480(1.220-5.043),1.290(1.005-1.655),2.198(1.233-3.917),1.372(1.120-1.681)].Conclusion:The severity of OSA and its associated indicators are correlated with cardiac remodeling in patients with HCM.关键词
