玻璃体切割联合巩膜扣带术治疗上方和下方孔源性视网膜脱离的效果比较

Abstract
Aim:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)combined with scleral buckling(SB)in the treatment of inferior and superior rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD).Methods:Clinical data from 234 patients(234 eyes)with RRD who underwent PPV combined with SB at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Universi-ty from February 2018 to August 2023 were collected.Among them,163 eyes had breaks exclusively in the superior retina(superior break group),and 71 eyes had breaks in the inferior retina(inferior break group).The retinal reattachment rate,best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),and postoperative complications were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The retinal reattachment rate in the superior and inferior break groups was 96.32％and 95.77％,and there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).The BCVA of both groups improved significantly over time(P＜0.05),and there were no significant differences in BCVA at each time point between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).Additionally,there were no significant differences in the incidence of complications between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:PPV combined with SB achieves high reti-nal reattachment rates and low complication rates for both inferior and superior RRD.关键词
