豫北灌区优质高产小麦品种鉴选及其生理特征
Selection of high quality and high yield wheat varieties in Northern Henan irrigation area and its physiological characteristics

Abstract
[Objective]To screen out high quality and high yield wheat varieties suitable for the North-ern Henan region,and provide a reference for the production of high quality special wheat.[Method]Using 37 wheat varieties as experimental materials,the yield and 15 processing quality indexes of di-fferent wheat varieties were evaluated comprehensively based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis.[Result]The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of 3 principal compo-nents extracted from the 15 processing quality indexes is 74.88%.The first principal component is the kneading characteristics of dough,including extensibility area,dough stability time,maximum resis-tance,sedimentation value and farinograph quality number;The second principal component was pro-tein characteristic factor,including dry and wet gluten content and protein content;The third principal component was grain trait factor,primarily volume quality.An integrated assessment value(D)of quality index was obtained through the membership function,among which the top five varieties were Xinmai 58,Xinmai 45,Kexing 3302,Zhongmai 578 and Fanmai 3.According to the clustering analy-sis of the integrated assessment value of yield and quality,all the tested varieties were divided into five categories,and 10 varieties showed better yield and quality,among which Zhengmai 139,Guoyang 537,and Zhongmai 578 were classified as high-yield and high-quality varieties.[Conclusion]Three wheat varieties with high yield and high quality were selected by comprehensive evaluation of yield and quality.The physiological characteristics of different types of varieties reveal that high-yield varieties exhibit higher normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)value during the grain filling period,while high-quality varieties have a higher soil and plant analyzer development(SPAD)value reflecting the chlorophyll content of the leaves during the filling stage.关键词
