河南省60岁及以上老年人高血压与糖尿病共病患病现状及影响因素
Prevalence of comorbidity of hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the elderly over 60 years old in Henan Province and its influencing factors

Abstract
Aim:To understand the prevalence of comorbidity of hypertension and diabetes mellitus(HTN-DM)and its influencing factors among the elderly aged 60 and above in Henan Province.Methods:Based on the data of the 6th Henan Provincial Health Services Survey,the prevalence of HTN-DM among the elderly aged 60 and above from Henan Province was analyzed,and Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors.Results:A total of 8 409 elderly people were included,out of whom,680(8.09％)had HTN-DM.Logistic regression results showed that,urban household registration,70-＜80 years old,overweight/obesity,and requiring family members support were HTN-DM's risk factors,OR(95％CI)was 1.227(1.005-1.497),1.297(1.089-1.544),1.598(1.331-1.919)/2.749(2.184-3.459),1.743(1.140-2.155),respectively;reemployment after retirement,drinking and low body weight were protective factors,OR(95％CI)was 0.773(0.600-0.996),0.794(0.631-0.999),0.611(0.407-0.919),respectively.Conclusion:The elderly in Henan Province has a high prevalence of HTN-DM,and those being supported by family members,overweight and obese,should be focused on.关键词
